Tiny Sea Shell

Working on some new macro techniques and lighting. This sea shell is one inch long. I think it looked better in black and white.

Red Bellied Woodpecker

Here is the reason I have to fill the suet feeder holes every day. He eats a lot.

Tiny House

Three image pano of horse hauler in the field at sundown. I loved how the sunlight reflected through the colored windows of the trailer.

New Visitor

Had a new visitor today on the perch. A red bellied woodpecker stopped by to partake in some suet. Raining and overcast today and I would normally pass on the photo but this guy doesn't come around very often so I made an exception.

Oh Christmas Tree

Our tree this year. I positioned a blue gel colored flash outside the window at 1/4 power and exposed the tree for ambient light inside. Looks cool.

Dan, Sarah & Peyton

Family portrait of my son Dan, his wife Sarah and their beautiful daughter Peyton.

No Goats Here

Autumn on Goat Island.

Upper River

Sometimes you just need to experiment. The previous photo was three pano shots vertically and this photo is three horizontal shots merged together in Photoshop. Same scene but with a different prospective.
